PM should own up responsibility coal scam

New Delhi: BJP on Tuesday said the "public discussion" between the Attorney General and the Solicitor General reinforces the view that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to confess "responsibility" in the coal scam and quit. "This is a serious matter. This further strengthens our demand that the prime minister must take responsibility and resign," he said, adding that the justice minister should also resign. The BJP leader alleged that these officers of the law did not tell the truth to the highest court of the CBI report. The group also discussed Chinese incursions and strategy in Parliament on the Finance Bill.
